My First Detox ~Explained Day-By-Day~
“Eating healthy can be really difficult.”
I wouldn’t be able to say that today if I didn’t record my first detox and everything I went through, each day.
You see, at this point in my life, eating healthy is simply so intuitive and a part of who I am that I don’t think anything of it.
I literally just am that healthy person.
But it wasn’t always this way.
In fact, I used to eat things like pizza and ice cream on a daily basis. (GASP!)
Looking back, I can’t believe I used to eat that way…
Even when I thought I was eating healthy because I shopped at health food stores I would still pick up the unhealthy things.
It wasn’t until I decided to take massive action and learn what it really meant to eat and live healthy that I made the change necessary to get my desired results.
When I started reading about health and nutrition, especially about acne, I came across a lot of commonalities.
That’s when I took everything I learned and created a detox program.
I went through the process and recorded every single day.
How I felt.
What foods I ate.
Recently I went back and added in all of the new insights that I’ve learned over the years.
The end result is a fun and informative book that details my experience doing my first detox program.
